A second garbage... (Verified Renter)
A second garbage dumpster in the back so the tenants who live in the back haveva dumpster .we only have 1 garbage dumpster during the weekend its uncontrollable to keep the area clean since its only 1 dumpster it gives the property a very dirty image when we pull in or have guest due to the over flow plus it attacks raccoons n animals. As a,tenant living her over 5 years this seems to be a huge issue although the maintenance crew clean up all the dirty garbage outside the dumpsters and its all... good until the weekend comes thered no room to dispose all the tenants garbages . I strongly believe that a dumpster on the back of the complex will make this place on weekends more welcoming. The issue could be fixed with a dumpster on the back. Keeping everyone Safe and healthy. I love it here but the garbage is a huge problem i avoid having guest on weekends because of the over flow of the trash . All else is great good staff in office and great maintenance crew.
