Linda and her brother bought the company from their parents in 1999, then joined and merged with the Schmidt Family of Companies in 2019. Today, Linda, her daughter Melanie and son Andrew unfailingly fulfill their family's tradition with each of their unique skill sets along with hard work, determination and professional representation while treating their clients like family. Linda is a strong community supporter and believes in giving back while being active with numerous organizations. She is the past President of the Indian River County Chamber of Commerce for three different terms and a board member for 20+ years, a former President of the Realtors Association of Indian River with the distinct honor of being a past Realtor of the Year and she has been on the Board of Indian River County Economic Development Council for over 20 years.
