Quiet peaceful neighbors who don’t bother you. Management leaves you alone and while they do post frequent notes on all the entrances that is their attempt to try to update all residents of what is going on. Definitely the worst part for me was adjusting to the crazy water temp, it goes VERY hot to very cold for no reason. Also the AC in my unit has gone out so many times I know how to fix it myself now. The location and tenants are for the most part great, but there are still issues. The biggest qualm we have about this complex is that while someone is here almost every day working, they still make you call and leave a voicemail at the out of area office before they come to fix anything, usually not calling you back the same day, or sending someone unannounced without calling you at all. The AC goes out at least 3 times a year and can take days to be fixed, which of course is in the heat of... summer, and the hot water is a constant uphill battle. The ad on this site says smoke free but that is very far from the truth. Also only 1 of 3 dryers in the laundry room gets hot so people will take your clothes out of it when there are 2 open. This issue has been brought up many times but the laundry company insists it's fine....they wouldn't if they needed to dry their clothes with the cool air. Read More
