Dishonest communication, never answers the phone
They never answer the phone. I was interested in renting an apartment here and I asked to be put on a waiting list, they said to wait, I said to put me on the waiting list - of course they did not. The next week I called them they said they are no longer doing a waiting list. Dishonest and disrespectful customer service. Every time I called after that - days, weeks, months - all ended up going to voicemail no matter the date or time I called. After they lied to me, they never answered the phone... again.

Walker Woods
A very nice and clean apartment complex. Kinda if not really pricey but one of the few places in Vero Beach that is not rent controlled. Gated community and right by the mall.

Looking for a new home in Vero Beach?
I love Vero Beach but some places can be expensive, this complex is worth the price! Walker Woods is less than 10 minutes away from everything the Vero Mall, The Outlet Mall, a Movie Theater tons of restaurants and other stores but is amazing still off the beaten path. The gated community allows cats and dogs, has a pool and gym, apartments come with really nice washer and dryer, and there's even a DVD library in the front office. The staff is AMAZING and is always there to help and answer... questions whenever you need them. In Florida a broken A/C counts as an emergency and they will come fix it (day or night/ even weekends). I'm really glad I found this place.
