Dishonest communication, never answers the phone
They never answer the phone. I was interested in renting an apartment here and I asked to be put on a waiting list, they said to wait, I said to put me on the waiting list - of course they did not. The next week I called them they said they are no longer doing a waiting list. Dishonest and disrespectful customer service. Every time I called after that - days, weeks, months - all ended up going to voicemail no matter the date or time I called. After they lied to me, they never answered the phone… again.
