Beautiful place to live.
Avasa Grove West is a fantastic place to live. The community is wonderful, the team is thoughtful and hard working, and the amenities are fantastic.
My wife and I walk our baby around the beautiful pond at least twice a day. We're constantly meeting new people! The community is kind, welcoming, and social. As very social people, my wife and I are very happy to be able to be part of such a diverse and friendly community. There is a multitude of community events that we attend consistently that... keep the community engaged and interactive. The energy in this apartment complex is vibrant and positive, and it is all fostered by the Avasa Grove West team.
The team is impeccable. The leasing office is staffed with highly motivated individuals who truly care for their community and the environment they live in. Maria, Marilyn, Liz, and Leanna are all clearly passionate and creative women who work very hard to foster a flourishing community. They are punctual, respectful, and understanding.
Additionally, the maintenance team is fantastic! Juan and Pedro are just as respectful as the friendly faces up front. And 3 times as punctual!!! When we first moved in, our refrigerator stopped running - we put in a maintenance request, and we had four men heaving a new fridge up to the third floor, THE SAME MORNING. This wasn't one-off occasion either! We've had a few maintenance issues here and there since moving in (nothing major), and they have all been resolved within a day maximum. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff at this apartment complex.
Finally, the amenities make us feel like we live in paradise. Every night, we take our baby to the pool, and she loses herself gazing into the glowing blue water. The water is crystal clear, and the pool is kept clean as can be (I make sure to get the rocks out whenever the kids throw them in!). Also- the gym is perfect. I take my physical fitness very seriously, and the gym has everything I need to take care of myself. There is a variety of equipment, plenty of dumbbells, and a private room that is perfect for calisthenic and aerobic exercises. Saving money on a gym membership is a huge plus!!!
Altogether, Avasa Grove West is a beautiful, safe, and comfortable place to live. I am very happy that I will be raising my daughter here, and I look forward to meeting more and more new people!!!
