Ms. PAIGE was great! She walked us through the Apartments , broke down the budget expenses on what you can and try to afford, which a lot of people don't do and Overall Just a great sense of humor to get your day going. I deffinetly recomend.

I recently toured here and I must be honest and say for an older community the property was pretty well kept! The amenities were beautiful and the staff were nice and helpful.
The apartments looked newly renovated. they were spacious and pricing was reasonable.
All the leasing agents there were helpful and knowledgeable about the property and what they have to offer. She answered all my questions.
The Retreat at Lakeland is top on my list we will keep in touch.

Apartment does not provide maintenance and allows leaks to go un repaired for weeks.
