Will charge you on move out huge fees
I disputed my move out charges. During the time I was disputing the fees Madison Watergrass was counting those days as days I did not pay the fees. I moved out 12/27/25 I disputed the charges until 1/26/26. I emailed them that I mailed a check for the charges 1/26. I have no control over postal mail they received the check 2/13 but said not marked paid until they mail the check to corporate and the check clears. Again, no control over mail to corporate and them Finally depositing the check. ... 2/23 I receive a letter from a debt collector for the charges. This letter is dated 2/17. I am furious! I call Madison Watergrass 3 times. NO ANSWER. I call debt collector they say if check has not cleared call bank and stop check and pay them and will be taken care of right now. So I do that. Now costs me another 43.95 in fees. Additionally, if you think you will get coffee from the maker in the club room that looks so nice forget it!! It never works!!

We are truly sorry to hear how frustrated you are regarding your move-out account. We understand how upsetting it can feel when there are timing concerns surrounding payments and account status.
To clarify, when a balance remains unpaid... on an account, it may continue through the standard collection timeline until payment is fully processed and confirmed. While we certainly understand mail delays can occur, accounts are not considered paid until funds are received and successfully processed. This is a standard accounting procedure and not unique to our community.
We would absolutely like the opportunity to review the full timeline of your dispute, payment receipt, and processing to ensure everything was handled correctly. If there is anything that requires correction or clarification, we are more than willing to look into it further.
Regarding the coffee machine in the clubhouse, it is fully operational; however, it is set on a timer and available daily between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Outside of those hours it automatically powers down. If you ever experience an issue during operating hours, our team is happy to assist.
