There have been 6 drug busts in two months and 2 murders in a year and a half and management, including corporate does not care and says it happens everywhere. Do not waste your money here. RUN! It keeps getting worse and worse here, even the cops told me to run from this place for my safety. The manager is a joke.

Don't be fooled by the pretty exterior. If you can avoid renting here, please do. We were so excited to move here, but now deeply regret it. The office is full of attitude, no customer service skills and they never answer the phone. No matter what time you call or how many times you call you can never get them on the phone and they never return your call if you leave a message.

Maintenance is a joke they mark request completed when they are not. I have mold in my apartment and maintenance… treated one area and promised to come back and has not been back to treat the other area or repair the first spot they treated and that was over 60 days ago, but yet they want their rent on time!

I have dealt with unlawful entry from the people they hire to make these improvements to the outside. Was told the issue was being sent to the property manager, I never heard from her.

It is advertised as a gated community and the gate hasn't worked since I moved in. The police is constantly out here. There was a shootout out here, cars are being vandalized. Your children are not safe to play outside. You would think that would prompt them to fix the gate, no they decided to paint the buildings, put in a put put golf area. ARE YOU EVEN LISTENING TO YOUR TENANTS. They are more focused on the exterior and could careless about the interior which are outdated and need upgrading.

They are constantly wanting to come in your home for something. Every other month they need to enter or send someone to enter your home.

Considering the large amount of rent that is collected, the dozens of monthly emails reminding tenants that rent is due, and the condition and upkeep of these apartments, it is clear that you are not valued. You are only a check to them. Read More

Dirty loud and the gate never worked - the property management are the worse - lazy and just want to take your money- worse place we rented so far and they keep raising prices too

Our family has lived here for several years. The community is dirty, claims to be "gated" but the gate has never worked, has issues with crime, the spa hardly ever works, and they are very slow to respond to maintenance issues unless they are critical (like water or A/C). They have a HORRIBLE valet trash pickup system that charges a mandatory $30/month for Sun-Th service but just ends up piling up at the dumpster while everyone keeping disgusting bags outside their doors every day, and it's sold… like it's a "feature."

In addition, they will at-will jack your rent up to 12% at lease renewal, do not care if you've been a good tenant or never been late. They even raised rents on everyone during the height of the pandemic, and now raising rents SUPER high when nobody has anywhere to go due to extreme demand in the county. They only care about taking your money. This place is not worth the rent they're trying to get from you. Keep looking. Read More
