Very unprofessional
Tried calling over 10 times to set up a tour with this property and when someone finally answered I got transferred twice to a line that didn’t answer and then when Sabrina finally did pick up she seemed helpful but once I told her the trouble I was going through to get in contact with someone from her property she got very defensive and says that she usually is there when that clearly isn’t the case.They also told me that the apartments would be done with renovations around October and that... they didn’t have anything until then but when I got a hold of the Sabrina lady she said they actually do have 2 bd but not renovated. Communication is lost within management and creating bad business.

We appreciate it when we hear from potential tenants on ways that we can improve our communication. In your case, both of the answers we gave are true. The renovated apartments were not available until October (most people are interested in these),... and that we may have a 2-bedroom unit that has not been renovated. We will share your comments with local and regional management as we understand how they may be confusing. We hope that you give us another look in your search for a new home.
