St. Andrews Palm Beach Apartamentos

I’ve been calling since 9am non stop nobody picked up from the time they opened and closed I applied and did the application. I still see the unit I applied for on the website but haven’t received no email or anything regarding my application. All the numbers that are listed on their website go straight to the voicemail and it’s so frustrating. I’m trying to see if I’m approved but no response no situation.

This is my 6th request about this problem. For more than 3 months, there have been some power outages in the apartments. The power meter makes some noises. Every time i send a request, nothing is done. There s no respect for the resisdents.

I have tried to contact them despite the bad reviews because I have been in Property Management for over 20 years and I know that sometimes residents can go over the top but this seems to be true because I can’t even get a hold of them to get an application for the available units they list are available.. crazy

Very unprofessional. In 2 years of living there they never gave me a dishwasher. I had to call code enforcement many times on them just to do their jobs. I recommend to call the city code enforcers because these people will give u the run around

I have put 9 maintenance requests to fix the AC, went to the office 2 times, call more than 50 times until I could reach someone to ask why no one has come to fix it. After 6 months, it is still not fixed. Don’t come any closer to the apartment unless it is your only option.
