Not Worth the Money

For the price you pay there are plenty of better options in the immediate surrounding areas.

The trash issue that is brought up multiple times in other reviews is a real thing, piles daily. The grounds itself are barely maintained and covered in pet waste. Egregious safety concerns with missing railings on 3rd floor breezeway balconies and fire alarm/sprinkler issues. (Currently under fire watch by order of Fire Marshall)

The interiors of the units themselves are in desperate need of attention… , cabinets deteriorating, floors lifting, window seals are disgusting, etc. An AC issue has kept our unit humidity above 80% steadily, and although their “smart thermostat” automatically generates work orders for maintenance when this happens, it has yet to be taken care of. Several pest control requests submitted by myself have yet to solve the roach issue either.

Leasing office staff is completely ignorant to anything that goes on within the community.

None of the money collected is put back into the community or the units for their upkeep. Trust me, there is MUCH better out there for the price!

My wife and I ended up needing to break our lease at about 6 months in to find a better living situation for our family. Take that statement for what it’s worth, if us and others are willing to pay to leave, it’s not a great place to live.

The worst community in at least a 5 mile radius

The fitness centers on both properties are poorly maintained.

Parking is a forced charge yet not guaranteed.

The staff is genuinely useless in most regards and just there to give people the run around, or air filters. They don't even give tours.

The trash is a mountain high 6 out of 7 days of the week.

The sidewalks are poorly maintained.

I was very excited to move in and enjoyed it for about 6-7 months.

This past year has been a major disaster.

place is trashy and ghetto and ton of hidden fees, rent is automatic 100$ extra even on the 3rd day. beware of this property and do some more research on a more reputable place to live

It’s simple…..No

I went on a self guided tour of these apartments and I was amazed and the lack of effort. The unit that I saw was not clean. There was long hair everywhere. The cabinets had food and other things stuck to it. The appliances were old. There were dead roaches in the bathtub and in the bedroom. There was a weird smell to the unit. I was disgusted. But oh…..they have keyless entry. So I guess that great. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough and definitely threw my shoes away. Lol

Overpriced apartments in poor condition

The only thing this apartment complex has going for it is it’s location. Other than that, this place doesn’t offer much. Finding parking is difficult (they charge you for an unreserved spot btw), the trash is constantly piling up since there is only one compactor for 15 buildings. The apartments are poorly made and poorly maintained, they’re in dire need of renovation. Maintenance team is understaffed and their supervisor is inept. He’ll try to find quick and cheap ways to fix things which in… the end doesn’t really fix the problem and makes the process even more of a time consuming hassle once you have to make another maintenance request for an issue that should’ve already been fixed.
