Best Apartments Ever
I moved into The Spruce last week, and I have to say, this is the best place I have ever lived.
Two people who have been especially awesome and helpful are Desiree Chang (Assistant Property Director) and Wendia Bazile (Leasing Advisor). These two ladies have been incredible! Kind, proactive, communicative, and truly dedicated to helping me secure my lease. Whenever I had a question or request before move-in, they responded immediately and made sure I had everything I needed throughout the... leasing process.
This is my first apartment on my own, and Desiree and Wendia made the entire experience easy, stress-free, and clear. Even after move-in, they continue to check in, answer questions, and make sure I feel welcome in the community. Overall, they were phenomenal from start to finish.
The property itself is amazing. The Spruce offers outstanding amenities, including a top-tier gym and pool, multiple workspaces, a resident lounge, grilling areas, outdoor seating, a dog park, and even a coffee bar. The common areas are always clean, well-maintained, and secure.
My apartment was in perfect condition when I moved in and is beautifully designed. The kitchen and bathroom are both incredibly spacious, which has been a huge plus.
The neighborhood is another major highlight. There are plenty of great restaurants, shops, and galleries nearby, and it’s only a few blocks from the water.
Overall, if you’re considering moving to The Spruce, I highly recommend it!
