do yourself a favor n just look at another low income community, they will move you in with dirty carpets and a not so clean apartment just to blame you for the damages when you move out, couldn’t even do my own paperwork when i moved in because the lady wanted to fill out the errors herself. And good luck trying to get them to answer the phone in the office.

The service that I received from both LaShauna and Nicole was excellent, their communication throughout the entire leasimg process from beginning to end is simply exceptional. Their world class customer service speaks volume. I strongly recommend this place.

It's amazing that I still don't have an answer. I've been waiting for 2 months, fill out documents, send additional documents requested by woodlake endorsed by an accountant and nothing. I sent my 2020 taxes, and I still have not received a response. Despite my patience, I now have to wait 4-6 weeks to receive my deposit. Money they received quickly.

It has recently been renovated. So far so good. No washer and dryer which sucks but it's not the end of the world.

Apartment complex is decent and has recently been renovated. The only downfall is the corridors and stairs outside the apartments sometimes need to be pressure cleaned. Overall it is a good community.
