I’ve loved living at EMV. Closed proximity to a grocery store and restaurants. Quiet complex and great office staff!

Eden Magnolia Village is wonderful! The location is close to the stores we need and the places we want to visit. We are loving the one story homes and separated walls. We love the vinyl floors for easy cleanup and the community is so clean and quiet. Maintenence is top notch...they are so fast and get the job done in minutes, and the staff is incredible...with communication and helping with any thing you need...they are so kind! The amenities are great. This is a home community we would... definitely reccomend.

I researched many properties before I chose Eden Magnolia. I compared the cleanliness, the maintenance, the responsiveness of the office staff, the follow up of managers, and the overall appearance of the facility. This is probably the most clean, well organized, and well managed property that I saw in the village Wildwood area. I previously had a bad experience with the management and maintenance of the last property that I rented so I went over and beyond to make sure that I was making the... right choice.

I love it here. Checks all of the boxes for me. May not be for everybody but it is definitely worth a look.

Eden Magnolia Village has an excellent maintenance response team in place. My request was responded to promptly and solved satisfactorily. Very pleased with the results furthermore Office Management followed up making sure everything went well.
