It is a one level townhome/apartment everything on the same floor which makes it easy to access everything on the same level. Very quiet and is right outside The Villages. What I like is that I call this my peace, 1 hour outside of Orlando, Turnpike not far all Amusement Parks within in driving distance.

Magnolia staff is amazing. Always very helpful and friendly. Grounds are maintained satisfactory, could be better. Garbage areas are becoming more and more filled with furniture which is disgusting. Should be monitored better, Landscapers are not cleaning are hit and miss at best. Over all though very happy. Valet garbage should be an option, not mandatory.
