Eden Magnolia Village has an excellent maintenance response team in place. My request was responded to promptly and solved satisfactorily. Very pleased with the results furthermore Office Management followed up making sure everything went well.

Eden Magnolia Village is the perfect home. It is a quiet and peaceful development close to Tampa and Orlando, but far enough away to feel small town. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Though I have never had any major issues with maintenance or the property amenities, even the smallest work order is handled with professionalism, detail, and strong work ethic. The community pool, hot tub, and outdoor grill area are so well kept - it feels like I am at a resort! I love living here!

I love it here. It feels safe and secure and I love the location it’s quiet but not too far from essential needs and services. Another big plus for me is that all of the units are on the ground floor. The staff has always been helpful and friendly and kudos to Maintenance they have been on top of things. Overall it’s been a nice place to live.

I have not had a good experience renting here. Thinking about leaving, since I cannot fully occupy my apartment, till they clean and make repairs, that they should have completed prior to move in. I have had this apartment two weeks already and they keep doing partial jobs preventing me from moving all my things in.
