Check-out is at 11:00 AM EST and check-in is at 3:00 PM EST. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 4 people due to city ordinances. Smoking inside the house will incur an extra $250 cleaning fee for odor removal. Guests who stay beyond their checkout time without approval will be charged $100 per hour.
