Born and raised in Montreal and later based in Toronto, Tika Van Den Hurk relocated with her family to Fort Lauderdale in 2013. Long before making South Florida her home, she was already immersed in real estate—buying, selling, and redeveloping properties in Canada—an experience that gave her the foundation to seamlessly transition into luxury real estate full time. Most recently, Tika served as Senior Director of Luxury Sales at Douglas Elliman, where she was entrusted with some of the region’s most prestigious projects, including the Four Seasons Residences Fort Lauderdale. She also integrates a holistic dimension into her work as both a Certified Feng Shui Specialist and Reiki Master, helping clients create homes that balance energy, well-being, and financial value.
