Do not rent from this company I have lived here for maybe six months and I've had problems with my electric my stove my refrigerator my dishwasher and now my next door neighbor's toilet and bath water is washing up into my bathtub no one ever contacts me back after I make the work orders I have called them and make make numerous complaints and no one contacts me or does anything about it but I tell you what as soon as the first rolls around they're standing around with their hands out wanting... money I am done with them and I will be reporting them to this city don't make a mistake and rent from these people they do nothing also if you are a property owner do not hire these people to manage it for you because they do not manage anything except their own pockets Read More
