Cost of living... (Verified Renter)

Cost of living has just gotten out of hand. I really enjoyed the place but being a single income I found it cheaper renting a house with a room mate.

From my point of view; The pool walls & water cleaning shows lack of maintenance. The Valet trash generates an ugly view in all the hallways. To much trash in hallways and gardens including dog poop
