Moving can be extremely exhausting, especially when you're relocating from a whole different country, but the ladies at the office were patient and helpful with assisting me with all my questions and concerns. I took the apartment with being able to visit them because I was so far away but when i moved in as nervous as I was i was not disappointed. Apartment is small, one bedrooms do not have washers/dryers. The dryers in one facility have been broken for at least 6 months now and maintenance of apartments is terrible. Had an A/C issue and they tried to blame us for "blocking air flow" until the A/C completely stopped a couple days later. I had an issue with our fridge which is still having issues, but they told us we were blocking air flow for that too when we had three things in the freezer. If you enjoy living with cockroaches, this is the place for you. Place was filthy, cannot tell at first glance until you see the built up muck in window sills, slider jambs, every part of the cabinets, disgusting. My feet were black on bottoms from a few minutes of walking around inside apartment barefoot, day 1. Roaches in bathroom, bedroom, refrigerator, kitchen, everywhere. If exterminator came as told, whatever they're using doesn't work. Never experienced such a disappointing rental… unit as this. Will be moving out asap. It's just not worth all of this headache. Horrible management and maintenance. These places are run down and kept together with bubblegum and string. They will lie straight to your face and never return emails or phone calls. Do not live here.
