Decent Apartments, Lousy Parking
It's a decent, quiet apartment complex, with nice valet trash that's prompt. However, there isn't enough parking, so people park all over the road in many areas.
Also the gym has been closed for months with no explanation.

Dont Belive the photoshop
In all honesty, this place has changed a lot. It used to be a quiet and clean property, but the new people who work in the leasing office clearly do not care about residents, just making sure they make quota. They are extremely rude. The apartments do not look like the pictures so buyer beware. They will show you the model, but you will end up with something completely different. Pet owners never pick up after their pets, packages being stolen, residents and guests of residents park their cars... in the street because they are to lazy to walk 2 feet, the buildings are dirty and never pressure washed, there have been problems from power outages, water shutoffs, roaches and ants. This place is not worth the price. You can find a newer property for the same price, and much nicer.

So far its okay. The apartment is nice for the price but I hate the patio situation. I dont like how some apartments have nice grass around their patio and others have dirt and leaves like mine. There was also a lot miscommunication with the leasing manager when signing it and that truly made me weary of living here.
