The staff is super helpful and maintenance is really quick when it comes to responding to issues. One of the only downfalls of being here is no matter how often I spray myself or have the on-site exterminator come to spray, he always find roaches. The ducks on site are also a little bit aggressive due to other neighbors possibly feeding them. Otherwise, I love that the apartments are always trying to host activities and bring in food trucks. It gives a nice change of pace.

Everything seems great so but we’ve had to call for pest control twice due to the roaches. Other than that, smooth sailing. It is a very woodsy and homely feel here.

Community looks awesome. And the apartment seems nice enough. But we had a cockroach problem when we moved in and the downstairs bathroom has a leak in the ceiling.

Apartment did NOT look like it did in the pictures. Condition was more warn, walls with nail wholes, painted over spots, cobwebs, dirty baseboards and vents. With this said, the community is great, convenient, and everyone in the office is so friendly. Location is great, amenities is nice.
