Rodents and ants
Property is not cleaned properly there is Pharaoh Ants for 4 years and no end in site because management will not admit there is a problem and wont exterminate all units. There is also rodents. We have caught 6 so far. The building is not sound proof so you can hear tenants in bathrooms and other areas and can hear conversations in other units. Their rent is not fair . You can get new buildings with the same rent. Rain gutters plugged and reported and neglected to fix so rain pours over main... doors. There is no onsite management like is ad·ver·tised. Laundry room is always dirty.
