This bright, airy, open-concept apartment is designed for comfort and convenience. It features central air conditioning, in-suite laundry machines, and a smart TV with high-speed internet. The fully equipped, open-concept kitchen boasts quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, a full-size fridge/freezer combo, an oven with a stove-top cooking surface, and a microwave oven, along with ample cupboard and countertop space. The living room offers large floor-to-ceiling windows, and a private balcony provides fantastic views of Kitchener.
Enjoy access to building amenities including a gym and Peloton Studio located on the 3rd floor, an indoor lounge with foosball and billiards tables, and an outdoor BBQ and patio dining area. On-site public parking is available underneath the building for $34 per day with in and out access. Mid-stay cleaning services are available for an extra fee for reservations over 3 days in duration and must be booked in advance.

Guests are encouraged to avoid placing online orders during their stay, as the property is not responsible for unreceived parcel deliveries. Breaking any house rules may result in additional charges or immediate vacating of the property without refund.
