Every guest must provide their personal information prior to check-in, including the full names of every guest. Guests must be 25 or over in order to check in, but for reservations of 7 nights or more, check-in is possible from the age of 18. Guests whose names or ID do not match the provided information are not allowed into the building. The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door only and a noise detector (no cameras are inside the unit). The front door will be checked for the number of guests as well as the noise level to avoid any type of parties. If the number of guests exceeds the number specified in the reservation, the reservation may be canceled immediately without any refund. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and we discover the smell of any type of smoke, the reservation has the right to be canceled immediately and you will be charged a $150 service call and $200 cleaning fees.
