Underground parking is available upon request for an additional fee of $25 per night, with in/out privileges. If unavailable, paid underground parking is located 100 meters from the building at 27 Grosvenor St., costing $30 per 24 hours on weekdays and $16 on weekends. Pets are allowed in the apartment for a fee of $20 per night for one pet, with prior confirmation required. A travel crib (for babies 0-18 months) and bed rails are available for $10 per item per night, booking in advance is recommended.
