Worst Rental Experience in 1.5 Years
I’ve lived here for 1.5 years, and this has been the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had renting. Here’s why:
Water Damage – Twice in 1.5 Years
This building is only about 1.5 years old, yet there have already been two water leakage incidents. One was so severe that some units were a total loss. That’s unacceptable for a new property.
Elevator Nightmare
There are six elevators, but since the major water damage, only three have been working. Sometimes only ONE elevator runs because others... are reserved or under service. This creates constant traffic jams and long waits.
Construction Noise Every Morning
There’s a massive construction site right outside the building—owned by the same developer. The noise starts at 7 AM sharp every single day, like clockwork. Afternoons? Quiet. Makes you wonder if afternoons are reserved for showroom tours. If you have medical issues, babies, or value peace, stay far away.
Parking Disaster
The parking waitlist is ridiculously long. I’ve been waiting for FOUR months, and they still hold spots for “future residents” (meaning empty spots are blocked). Meanwhile, they ticket you every night for not having a spot.
Horrible Smell
The garage smell is overwhelming and even reaches the ground floor. It’s constant and disgusting.
Bottom Line:
This place is a nightmare. Between structural issues, elevator chaos, unbearable noise, parking scams, and foul odors, I wouldn’t recommend this building to anyone. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Elevator repairs following the water-related incidents are largely complete, and we are currently in the final stages of the remaining work.
Construction activity is carried out in accordance with... municipal bylaws, and a construction addendum outlining potential impacts was included in and acknowledged as part of the signed lease agreement. We continue to work closely with our teams to address building operations and maintenance matters in line with the Residential Tenancies Act, and we appreciate your comments and patience.
