I have read several complaints about an older woman that’s very rude in the office over the years but today I witnessed it. I overhead a woman trying to pay someone’s rent for them and she had the woman on speaker. She was flat out rude to her when she could have simply told the woman if there was another option of paying someone’s rent. I couldn’t resist writing this because it was heavily on my mind about how she immediately went in head first yelling instead of explaining.
