I’ve been living at the Cortland Lex for about five months. It’s been an enjoyable experience. It’s a very relaxed place, nice and quiet and fuss free. All the residents seem to be quite respectful of their neighbors and surroundings. I’d recommend the Cortland Lex to prospective renters.

I LOVE living here! Leasing Office staff- Extraordinary! Maintenance staff- Excellent! There's always a cute event or class going on. The neighborhood is secluded and very quiet. Communication with the office is outstanding as well. ?? ???????? property and I recommend living here.

This community is nice, quaint and very convenient to downtown Alpharetta and every single place one would want or need to go. Hospital, grocery, shopping, night out, sushi or just walking for fresh air. The staff is incredibly kind and the maintenance team is always ready to work. They are knowledgeable and articulate, when I have questions about infrastructure or engineering related to my needs. Very rare these days. No complaints at all, I’m almost a year as a new resident to this community... and Alpharetta/Milton.
