love the area, love the team

I have lived here almost two years now. I was going out of town and asked the team if they could water my plants for me. It is a really sweet and helpful staff here. I love the area and am happy to rent here until I can buy.

Definitely going to renew!

Warm and welcoming staff, a friendly community—it’s all I could ask for. I love it here! I truly feel like the manager cares, it’s like a breath of fresh air.

Feels like a condo and great location

I have lived here about ten months now and I think it's pretty dreamy. My home feels more like a condo and I like the carpet in the hallways. The office staff is always pleasant and maintenance has been pretty quick to fix things. I recommend to friends and family!

Great Apartment Tour Experience with Kamry!

I recently toured The Lights At Northwinds with Kamry, and it was a fantastic experience. Kamry was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly throughout the tour.
She took the time to answer all my questions, provided detailed
information about the amenities, and made sure I had a clear understanding of the leasing options.
The community itself was well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping and impressive features. The units we toured were spacious, modern, and felt like a great... place to call home. Kamry's enthusiasm and expertise made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free.
If you're considering the Lights At Northwinds, I highly recommend scheduling a tour with Kamry. Her excellent customer service made a great impression!
