The 3 bedroom/2 bath (1100 square feet) option is $1500/month. Security Deposit for this option is $1500.

Property can also be rented as a 4 bedroom/3bath house (this is the entire house and includes the attached 400 sq ft studio w/bath) for $2400/month. Security deposit for this option is $2400. This option is 1500 square feet.

The 400 sq ft studio can be rented for $1000 (if someone is renting the other part of the house as 3 bedrooms) with a max of 1 person living in the studio. Security Deposit is $1000 for the studio. Last 7 pics on the ad are of the studio.

The 3 bedroom/2 bath house (1100 sq ft option) is connected to a 400 sq ft studio apartment so you will have a neighbor or you can have a friend rent the studio apartment if they want their own apartment but want to live next to you. House is separated from the studio apartment by two doors - both of which can be locked to separate the two spaces. The 4 bedroom/3 bath option, the studio becomes the 4th bedroom so you would be renting the entire house.
