Paper Thin Walls and Crackheads.

The walls are paper-thin. Multiple residents sell pot and crack. And the rain floods the bedroom. It comes in under the wall. Plus cockroaches. Rotten carpet. Need I say more? I'll be happy to. My neighbor stole my keys out of my lock and they've been trying to steal my vehicle ever since.
