Student | Uncommon Athens

As a student who also works a full time remote job, wifi and quiet study spaces was a must have for my apartment. Uncommon has a nice study lounge with free printing and computers, which is my go to spot for quiet studying. I’ve never had a problem with WiFi and bring my laptop all over the place to do work, even outside on the terrace. The maintenance team also recently came around and updated all the WiFi so it’s been working even faster since! Not a complaint from me about this complex.

My daughter lives at Uncommon and the signing experience could not have been easier. We worked directly with the leasing manager Kat, who assisted us throughout the entire leasing process, making sure we had everything we needed digitally as we were out of state and couldn’t be there in person. From my own experience, signing processes can be a hassle but at Uncommon, everything was handled so efficiently that we had no stress in making this typically high stress decision!

I came in to tour Uncommon and couldn’t have been happier with my experience. I toured with Chloe and she explained everything very well and went over the rates and specials in a way that made sense. I talked with the managers as well and overall had a very positive experience making the difficult decision of deciding on housing, simple.

Been living here for a year now and just re-signed. They always think of new things to help out their residents. They got a "TULU" machine in the club room and you can rent out things like vacuums and steamers. Its so nice not to have to buy these things and let them take up space in my apartment!
