Valerio Properties

The property owners are only concerned with getting the most money they can out of you.. . We feel completely scammed after moving out and would highly advise against renting from Valerio Properties. They lied to us, stopped by unannounced and insisted on doing walk throughs, we're rude throughout our entire stay and tried billing us over $1800 for damages after moving out even though we only lived there a short while and the property was fine after we left. They're conartists and I'm sure... they'll try to scam you, too.
