Atrociously uncommunicative staff, maintenance takes months, and amenities are in complete disarray for years. Best to avoid this apartment.

I’ve had a good experience living at 100 Midtown overall. The amenities are well-maintained, the staff is helpful, and the location is super convenient, especially for students. The only downside is that rooms facing the highway can get a bit noisy at times due to traffic. If you're sensitive to sound, you might want to request a room on the opposite side. Other than that, it’s been great!

Excellent living. Awesome stay. Comfy and cozy stay. Quite apartment. Lots of fun and cool activities often. Revamped security. Elevators are working.

It's ok, about as good as you're going to get for the price around here without going to somewhere more sketchy. they sometimes give out little freebies in the lobby which is always nice.
