Has become a terrible space to live in.
1. So the apartment in general is dirty. Like the walkways have always been trashy but now even the parking lot is horrible. Two garbage bags have been here like this for almost 1 months now and this is my view everyday and I literally begged them to clean it up to no response.
2. They dont have a pet park anymore. They closed it for some work around 1 yr ago (which never happened) and its just been sealed off since.
3. The biggest scam was the electric car chargers. The amenities showed... charging stations all of 2025 which prompted me to renew my lease here. And then I went ahead and purchased my EV car after which I realized it doesn't work. On asking them they only sent us AI replies for the longest time. And then just kept delaying saying the vendor is not replying. Which vendor does not respond to a request. Oh ya a vendor that has not been consulted. I mean they are basically fooling people off of an amenity that doesnt exist.see screenshots.
3. There are no poop bags at all in the waste stations. How will the owners pick up poop? Mind you i believe they pay a pet fee. And they blindly send pet waste pickup emails without doing any homework on if there are bags or not. Obv there will be pet waste everywhere!!
4. The apartment changed management and atleast with the previous management the maintainance requests would get addressed quickly. Here my high priority requests have been sitting for weeks unaddressed.
5. Dont get me started on the gate.
6. The unresponsiveness of the management is actually insane. Please at least reply to emails.
When i started off in 2024 Jan, this was truly a nice place. But I honestly regret extending my lease here. Please dont come here. For the same amount you can get much better homes even within a mile from this apt. (I have lived in some of them so I know). I have another six months here and its so unfortunate
