Been here for 6 months! and planning to stay many more!
131 Ponce is the best! Very responsive leasing & maintenance teams. Pest control comes every Thursday and valet trash occurs 5 days a week. Half a year here & I've never had any issues!

Great Location & Friendly Staff
I have been a resident here for almost 2 years and about to renew my lease. The leasing staff have been wonderful to me and my puppy. They are all super friendly and the maintenance guys have always completed my requests in a timely manner. I recommend this community to anyone looking for a nice and friendly place to call home.
