Excellent place to live Fieldhouse is a great community. From baseball games, community events, book ended with Three Dollar/Project Lean Nation/Coldstone Creamery, and amenities (gym, pool, clubhouse and viewing deck), Fieldhouse is the place to be

No Parking

Why move to a place that has no place to park. Management cares more about the retail parking, than resident parking. No gates, no security. Homeless people walk right in.

Overpriced.

Smart home features don’t work. Parking is a nightmare. Poor building security. Hallways smell like trash. It’s not a luxury property. Way overpriced. Staff makes efforts, too much turnover.
