No Parking
Why move to a place that has no place to park. Management cares more about the retail parking, than resident parking. No gates, no security. Homeless people walk right in.

Overpriced.
Smart home features don’t work. Parking is a nightmare. Poor building security. Hallways smell like trash. It’s not a luxury property. Way overpriced. Staff makes efforts, too much turnover.

Living here is like a frat house
Living here is like a frat house, they focus more on having a pool party than fixing the trash problems, the fire alarms that go off at 3:00 am, GAS CARS PARKING IN EV, do not move here if you drive an EV.
