2. No smoking of any kind allowed inside the unit or in the courtyard
3. No pets
4. No prior evictions
5. Tenant(s) must provide an employment verification letter
6. Tenant(s) must provide a copy of their driver’s license and the last three months of bank statements
7. Criminal backgrounds, bankruptcies or evictions will be denied
8. Transunion credit score of 650 or better required.
9. Anyone 18 years or older must submit a rental application. It’s $30 per person plus a $25 processing fee payable upon acceptance.
