The condominium is fully equipped with modern furnishings, premium bedding and linens, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and everything you need in a kitchen to dine at home. It's ideally suited for business travel or when relocation plans bring you to Atlanta.
Pets are welcome with up to two small to medium-sized pets per unit, with some breed restrictions. An additional $75 monthly pet cleaning fee applies, or a one-time fee for stays less than 45 days. Pet fees are charged separately after booking. You are responsible for any damage the pets may cause and an additional deposit may be required based on breed, weight, and age.
All guests must check-in online using the virtual front desk at least three days prior to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the check-in and lodging agreement are complete, and the information provided is verified.
