The building is currently under construction, with blowers in the lobby and hallways to manage odors. If the noise is bothersome at night, they can be turned off. The onsite parking lot is privately owned and may have some trash in the area. It can feel uncomfortable at night, so guests may prefer to find another parking lot nearby. AC and heating are available seasonally, controlled by the HOA without a thermostat. Quiet hours are between 21:00 and 9:00. The space is for residential use only and is not for social gatherings or parties. Only registered guests are allowed in the unit. No pets are allowed at any time, with a minimum fine of $500 for violations. A false fire alarm will incur a minimum fine of $150. No eating, beverages, or smoking are allowed in the hallways or other common areas, with a minimum fine of $50.
