Refused to give back security deposit
We did a walkthrough of the apartment at the end of our lease and he said that he would return our 800$ deposit. It has been nearly 50 days and he has ignored my calls, texts, emails, and walked away from me in person. The landlord put way more stress on us than living there was worth.
