So far everything has been great. Avunna is great! Maintence people are great! No complaints other than the occasional fire alarm. I know that is out of their control. Looking forward to resigning.

I like Alexan a lot! The room is so nice. Our ammenities are nice too. I wish we didn't have to pay for trash valet or Fetch. Waste of money.

“Premium” living, but gates and elevators don’t work every other month…. Constant issue that never seems to go away for the 5 years I’ve lived here. Disappointing
