    Great starter apt for city living

    I've lived in the Arbors of East Atlanta for two years now and I would recommend it. My rent has been affordable and I haven't had any issues with any crime. It's not the best looking facade but the actual apartment reminds me of my NY apartment. I would suggest that they update the doors and windows to these units. The windows are dated and not energy efficient. Also, half the time the gate is open, which defeats the purpose of having a gate. Regardless, when I put in a service request they… were always super nice about it. You get what you pay for but this is a great deal for the neighborhood. You're a stones throw from bars, shops and restaurants. Make sure you shoot for an upper unit. The buildings are a little old so I'm sure my neighbor downstairs hears every creak.
