Don't move here please

It's a waste of time moving here I stayed there in 21 and it was a lot of drive by shootings it's nasty they never fixed anything I was shot there and there wasn't anything done about it no security there gates never worked roach infested I wouldnt recommend my dog to stay there

SAVE YOUR MONEY DON'T MOVE HERE

I moved into this community November 2020. I have had my apartment broken into 4 times since moving in. The unit that I was given has been having problems with the A/C unit not working properly, the ventilation to master bedroom lack pressure. Mold and mildew coming out of the vents in all the bedrooms and out of the vents in the hallway. Paint on the ceiling has begun to fall and continues to fall. Preventing me and my son from bathing and taking showers. Cracks underneath the window ceal in my… son's bedroom where ants have been coming into his room biting him and he's allergic .The windows screens not put in probably. Both bedroom doors have been damaged due to the mold mildew and water leakage coming from the vents. Cracks in my bath tub, and on my toilet. Since the end of August 2021 they told me they were going to move me into a different unit due to the issues, maintenance problems I've been having and continuing to with the current unit I am in. These are the horrible conditions me and my son are currently living in. Now want to charge me $75 for what has been done outside of the building preventing me moving. Blaming me for something that I did not do!

HORRIBLE !!!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE

I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A -5 STARS !!!! I lived here for 3 years and of all the places I’ve ever lived this has been by far the worse experience I’ve ever had !!! Besides the pools never being opened In the whole 3 years that was the least of my worries there was always shootings my apartment was infested with termites , roaches and ants !!! The garbage area was disgusting and to top that off the front access gate was always broken so everyone and anyone could enter whenever !!! I… got out of my car to enter my apartment one day and there was full out shooting and I had to run !!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND ENERGY ITS HORRIBLE !!!! NOT EVEN EXAGGERATING I SWEAR !!!

Unsafe and trash

As of late. I haven’t been feeling safe. New people have been moving into the building lately and apparently one of the residents like to randomly shoot their gun in the air.
It’s startling and I feel unsafe and uneasy.
Also, the trash left by the kids AND adults throughout the entire complex is sad. People will throw an entire to go box of eaten chicken wings with French fries and sauces all on the ground. Entire bags of trash are left in the middle of the grass or street from time to time.… It’s too many people that don’t care about the appearance of their community that live here. When my lease is up, I’ll definitely be moving.

Our staff nor have any of our patrol officers reported any such actions of someone shooting a gun in our community. We take these reviews very seriously and want to make sure you are aware of that. Our management team does indeed hold our residents very much accountable for trash that is not disposed of properly. The whole building is infested.

Roaches have taken over my apartment. No matter what I do they come back. I’ve put in many requests for pest control and they never come. It’s so bad I don’t even eat at home. They’d probably have to burn the building down to get them out of her. In addition to the pests The children below me live unattended and smoke weed all day and the smell comes into my apartment. The eat on the stairs and leave a mess, the break down blunts on the stairs and leave the Tabacco and let’s not talk about the… damage that has been done to my car over the years because of them. Management does not care about it tenants and that’s the truth.
