Such a great community, in a central location to walk, eat, and play right down the street. Staff is always helpful and informative. The community is kind, and very dog friendly. Will be renewing my lease here

So far so good neighbors are quiet tend to their business sometimes they can get routed to depending on the sports event depart from I can be much cleaner dto this area and just sit you can't get around to get in the gate anthey'revery bored with it

Worked with Jada to sign a lease. She is an absolute pleasure to work with. Spent an hour or more looking at different options with me, and showed me the apartment too. Answered all my questions too. The apartments are also really nice, and I am really looking forward to living at Avanna westside.
