I lived here for a year, and unfortunately my experience kept getting worse over time. From shortly after I moved in, I had recurring problems with ants and occasional roaches. Many of the appliances were old and outdated, and maintenance issues seemed to be a constant frustration.

One of the biggest problems was the strong smell of weed that regularly drifted through the area. Combined with inconsiderate neighbors, it made the living environment far less enjoyable than I had hoped.

I moved to... a different apartment, and the difference has been remarkable. My new place is cleaner, more spacious, quieter, and much more peaceful. Moving out was one of the best decisions I have made, and I am much happier in my new home. Read More

When I first moved here there were several car break ins and the leasing office did not notify the residents of the crimes that were taking place so that we could protect ourselves. Additionally, the fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night which disturbs the rest of the working residents. People leave dog poop everywhere, sidewalks, street, etc.

All the bad reviews are true. Roaches in my apartment.The pictures are lies. 7year Old appliances. Maintenance confirmed. Doesn’t feel safe.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!! I lived in Berkeley Heights for 2 years and could not wait to leave. There are consistent break-ins in the guest parking area so don't expect to ever bring guests here if they expect safe vehicle parking. In fact, there was one hit that damaged 28 cars! Management has done nothing to solve this and supply gated guest parking. In addition, management is understanding when they... talk to you but there is never any action taken. I complained multiple times about a 2-3 times a week recurring noise issue that occurred from the hours of 12-2am and nothing was ever done. It went on for over a year until I finally left. I have lived here for a year and renewed my lease! My home is beautiful, everyone is so nice, and I can get anywhere in the city fast because of the great location. This is a hidden gem in West Midtown for sure!
