Amazing staff!

Great location, amazing staff, and the floor plans are really nice. I love that they are changing out old carpet with hard floors. It makes the space look bigger and cleaner.

AMAZING!

Pretty cool property! Very well maintained! Amber the Community Manager truly is a gem!!!

And you cannot beat a short walk through the parking lot to grab a Marg!

Highly recommend!

Excellent Experience!

Great place to live! The amenities are awesome, parking is easy, and everything is always clean. Maintenance is quick and hassle-free. Big shoutout to the Manager - Amber! She’s super friendly, helpful, and cared about my needs. Definitely a 5-star experience!

Amazing Community

Brookleigh Flats has been an amazing place to live. The team is truly outstanding & friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. The facilities and amenities are well maintained and make day-to-day living really enjoyable. The location is a huge plus too: you’re close to everything around Atlanta, with shopping, restaurants, and major routes nearby. Highly recommend!
