Camden Phipps

We recently moved to Camden and we are loving every single thing about it! Jesus helped us find our unit and he was absolutely phenomenal in making sure we found our perfect home. He visited available units and sent us videos of them (since we were unable to schedule a tour), answered any and all questions we had and worked diligently to make sure we had a smooth transition into Camden Phipps. Nick has also been incredible! He has shared so many great tips and information on the community and… the neighborhood and we're so thankful to have him and Jessie as managers. The apartments are impeccable! Everything is brand new, in perfect conditions, and the residents take pride in where they live. The location offers so much! Restaurants, malls, and is walking distance from a Marta station, Target and across the street from Phipps Plaza. I moved to Atlanta in September of 2017. I scrambled to find an apartment in very short order; ultimately, I landed at Camden Phipps. The staff are always very friendly and attentive which is obviously nice. There were a few issues early on with appliances not working, but ultimately they were resolved. It sometimes took much longer than I would have liked, but they're always addressed. My biggest complaint is the timeliness of some of the maintenance requests-- some are fixed within the hour,… others can take a week or more. I've lived in the complex for 11 months now and I think I've had somewhere around 13 requests. So that obviously isn't great, and kind of frustrating because you do pay a lot to be there so you expect things to work properly. I'm not sure if it's under-staffing, or what, but it can get annoying.

Aside from that, it's a great location: 5 minute walk to Target/Publix/LA Fitness/Phipps Plaza/AMC Movie Theatre and a 10 minute walk to Lenox Mall & the Buckhead MARTA Station. I've had no issues with break ins or crime or even feeling unsafe ever. They've got a little gym that is good enough to keep you fit and get by, but it's not a full gym (3 treadmills, one bike, squat/bench rack, free weights up to 50, and two multi-purpose machines) Great pool deck and grills (propane on the grills is hit or miss another thing that can take a while to get resolved, but they have charcoal grills available), and the people in the complex all seem to be friendly, from my encounters; it's a good mix of young and old so you can find what you're looking for in terms of neighbors-- a few families with little kids, quite a lot of 20-30 year olds, and a mix of older folks.

The location is great in the middle of Lenox right by Phipps Plaza. The apartments look nice and are spacious. The staff is great. The complex is pricey but you get what you pay for.

As a 33-year-old single female I’ve lived in an apartment since I was 18 I’ve never experienced such wonderful customer service. The move to Atlanta from Florida was made extremely easy by the staff then my transfer into a two bedroom from my one-bedroom was made so seamless. They really are amazing at what they do and keep the customer first.
