Mold and roaches
We're moving because they are too cheap to fix anything. Your heat escapes via your windows and the side and bottom of your doors. The carpets have so much mold in them that it grows up onto our gym bags. The floors and carpet are always moist so they have a water issue somewhere. Do not move here. Also the model they show you is nice looking, but your actual apartment is not at all nice looking. I can't wait, we've paid them our last rent for February and we will be out of here. I'm... praying God sends us the money to move out early.

My current apartment
The area is great and walkable. I wouldn't move but I need a larger bathroom and a place for my washer and dryer. Management is nice and sends someone out when you need repairs. You can walk to Applebee's, Publix and other restaurants and the bank and a 24 hour fitness center. You have front and back porch and you can grill on your back porch and you get 2 parking spots out front or back. It's pretty nice here.
