I love everything the staff and community have to offer I love the area the scenery. I would definitely recommend a lot of people to move over here it’s very spacious and very affordable.

I really like the staff and accommodating nature of the community. The only issue that could use improvement is the email correspondence is a bit unorganized. I'm sure it will be fixed soon but until then keep up the great work.

My community is very well kept up. I have no complaints. Maintenance is always on time when it's time to repair something in my house. The grounds are very kept up. The trash is not running over anymore. The only thing I have a problem with is the gate I don't have a phone that's on right now so it's hard to let my guest in and out the gate so I wish there was another way to Let the Gate and the ones who don't have a phone. I know we have a gate key, but sometimes it's just a lot of people at... the gate and people just can't get in but overall I have no complaints. Great job City Park.

Very spacious I like it. The only thing I dislike is the spiderwebs everywhere inside and out. The staff is helpful especially Marie. I like house it’s remodeled and quiet.

The experience has been great so far. Love that this is a gated community. It’s nice and quiet so far. Staff is very nice and polite. Leasing office is very welcoming
